When we take the time to reflect on Integrity a truer reflection of who we are emerges. The question is can we trust this reflection?
Part of the integrity of our being, can be found in our relationships (with our partner, co-workers, or family) and within. Acceptance of our past, and forgiveness related to behaviors, and issues in it, can mirror “good” and “bad” emotions. These emotions surface in order for us to heal our soul wounds. These wounds heal as we let go, our cells forget the pain, and the lessons learned reveal the weakness of past logic.
