How’s your January so far?
This month for me turned into sentimental events and if it was up to me I demand hibernation for 31 days. But hey! Got to work.
Beyond absurd stress this month you will notice greater news always happens.
Those beyond insane stress it’s a reminder for me to take care of my body, mind and spirit one day at a time. I begin with one task each day to fulfill a peaceful mind.
These days we live in a society of busy lifestyle so here are my easy 3 steps to self-care:
- Sleep early for better health.
- Moderate exercise such as, walking, Tai Chi, Yoga, Qigong and others that helps relax the body.
- Me time for example reading a book, painting, playing an instrument and the one you choose for you to reduce stress.
